Why it works

Why it works

A potent blend of ingredients work together to ease period pain by targeting the root cause — inflammation. By increasing circulation, reducing inflammation, and promoting detoxification magic mud is a fast-acting, tingly bath that will leave you feeling relaxed and relieved.

"wow. I used it as a paste then soaked in the bath. I was sweating out all those toxins and felt amazing after"

- Alicia Finamore

How to use

Magic Mud can be used in two ways, as a bath or a topical paste.

Bath: Add a scoop directly to the bath and soak.

Paste: Mix two parts magic mud to one part water with spoon until foam is smooth. Apply directly to the body before a bath or shower for intense relief. Can be left directly on skin for up to 15 minutes.

You might feel a slight tingling sensation as the ginger stimulates your sensory nerves and Magic Mud increases circulation. Be sure to stay hydrated and finish with a rinse and towel dry.
