Magic mud decreases inflammation and relieves pain while drastically increasing circulation to the uterus. By slightly increasing body temperature, triggering a sweat response in combination with the magnetic clay, magic mud is also a powerful detoxifier. Magic mud can be used in two ways. It can be mixed with water into a paste and applied directly to the body before a bath for more intense relief OR you can simply add 1 cup to the bath as-is, breaking up any clumps that form by hand.
You'll feel a slight tingling sensation as the ginger stimulates your sensory nerves and magic mud increases circulation. Make sure to drink lots of water and stay in the bath for no longer than 20 minutes. Finish with a rinse and towel dry.
