Ingredients

raspberry leaf, rosehips, hibiscus, nettles, chamomile, crampbark, ginger, marshmallow, rose, lemon blam, vitex, dandelion leaf, tulsi, strawberry pieces dried, beet root

How To

Hot: 

Add 1 tablespoon of tea to 1 cup of hot water 

Steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on desired potency  

Strain and add sweetener of your choosing (optional) 

  

Cold: 

Add 1 tablespoon of tea to 1 cup of water filled with ice 

Steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on desired potency  

Strain and add sweetener of your choosing (optional)
