I have had terrible periods for 20 years now. I have heard all the remedies and tried them all. I would get sick, have fevers, unable to go to work or function for my family for about 2 days everytime my period would come. I have been using the belly jelly for 4 months now and the difference in my period is huge. This last month I didn’t even know it had started which I have never experienced. I use it every night before bed with the heating pad. I noticed a slight difference the first month but every month it has just improved more and more. So thankful for this product.

I don’t know how well this works but I want to believe it! I love the packaging, much more so than the jar (I also have that) I didn’t realize how small this was but great for travel, so I guess I win.

I bought the cream in hopes it would help some of my IBS pain but hasn't unfortunately, I also got the sample pkg for peroidpain now that actually worked for me.
