How to use
Cramp Cream
Apply generously on any (external) area of your body for instant relief. It’s great for period cramps, breast tenderness, leg, and back pain.
Magic Mud
Mix with water into a paste and apply directly to body before getting into the bath. Or, simply add to a warm bath for overall relief.
Microwave: remove cover and place the pad in the microwave on a plate, heating for up to 2 minutes.
Oven: preheat oven to 350F. Remove cover. Once it reaches temperature, turn off the oven and place the pad on a pan. Allow to warm in the preheated oven 12 minutes.
