RETURNS, CHANGES, AND EXCHANGES
How can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Please email email@example.com. In your email, please include your order number and outline the changes you are looking to make. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate changes to your order and cannot make changes if your order has been shipped but we will do our best!
What is your return policy?
We hope that you love your products and that they help you find relief but can arrange for a refund or credit if you are not completely satisfied. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org outlining your dissatisfaction within 30 days of your order and we will process a return for you.
What is your exchange policy?
If you are unhappy with your choice and want to exchange your products for something different, email us at email@example.com within 30 days of your order and we’ll process an exchange for you.
Why is there a delay on shipping?
There is currently a climate emergency in British Columbia. Severe flooding has completely devastated many communities as well as grand transportation in and out of the province. This is going to impact all packages shipping in and out of BC for the foreseeable future. This includes not only your orders but our ability to receive the supplies we need to fulfill orders.
We are doing our very best this holiday season to get everything packed and sent out to you as soon as we can but there will most likely be some delays. To accommodate our customers and bypass ground transportation until the roads have been repaired, we will be upgrading all packages within Canada to express shipping. US shipping will not be affected. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about this.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $100. For orders less than $100, shipping is $10 - $20 depending on weight. Shipping is $10 with all subscriptions.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will be processed within 8-10 business days at which time you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. From there our standard shipping times range from 5-10 business days.
Please note that delivery timelines for the arrival of your products will vary based on your location, order size, and changing COVID 19 circumstances as well as the current climate emergency in British Columbia. If you have any questions about this, please contact email@example.com.
Where do you ship to?
We are currently offering shipping throughout Canada and the United States. We are hoping to start shipping worldwide in the future so please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to stay in touch!
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Absolutely. Enter your PO box address and information during checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. There is the option to upgrade to expedited shipping while you are checking out.
My box arrived damaged – what should I do?
We are so sorry that your box arrived damaged! Please email us at email@example.com and we will help remedy the situation. Please include photos of the damaged box and your order number in your email.
I received the wrong products in my order – what should I do?
We are so sorry that you did not receive the correct order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get the proper products shipped out to you ASAP.
What do I do if my box hasn’t arrived?
If you haven't received your package and you believe you should have (your tracking information says your package has been delivered and you don’t have it or it's past your expected delivery date) send an email to email@example.com. We'll locate your package and let you know what happened.
I haven’t received a tracking number, what should I do?
Your order will be processed within 8-10 business days at which time you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If it has been longer than 10 business days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an update.
My tracking number isn’t working, what should I do?
It can take up to 1 full business day for your tracking information to update once you have initially received it. If your information still won't update after this time please email us at email@example.com.
Where can I find information about individual products (such as benefits, ingredients, how to use etc)?
You can find specific information regarding various products on their specific pages. If you have any additional questions about any of our products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you test on animals or use animal ingredients in your products?
We would never test on animals! Some of our products however are not completely vegan. For more info on this please email us at email@example.com.
How and where should I store my somedays products?
You can choose to store your somedays products wherever makes the most sense for you. Most people choose to keep them in either their bathroom or their bedroom. All products should be used within 18 months and kept at room temperature.
Do you offer subscription services for your products?
Yes – we offer subscription services for our cramp cream. Subscribe and save 10% with every purchase and receive a new cramp cream automatically every two months.
When will my subscription product arrive?
Your subscription will be processed within 8-10 business days after which time you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. From there our standard shipping times range from 5-10 business days. Your consecutive orders will be processed every 60 days.
Can I add other products to my subscription?
We are currently only offering cramp cream at this time via our subscription service. If you are interested in subscribing to another product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if we can make it work!
How and when will I be charged for my subscription?
You will be charged the day that you place the order for your subscription and every consecutive 60 days thereafter until you decide to cancel or change your subscription.
How do I skip, cancel, or pause my subscription?
Yes absolutely. Send an email to email@example.com to adjust your subscription plan.
How long will my subscription last?
Your subscription will last as long as you want! It renews automatically every two months unless you decide to skip, pause or change your delivery.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, visa debit cards, and Payal
I am trying to check out but my payment keeps getting declined – what should I do?
We are so sorry to hear you are having issues with your payment. Please double check to make sure that your card information (number, expiry, CVC) as well as your billing details are all correct. If you are still unable to process your payment please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get the issue sorted.
I got a new credit card and now my subscription won’t renew - what should I do?
In the case of making any card information changes to adjust your subscription please email email@example.com.
How do I use my discount code?
You can redeem your discount code at checkout. As you are checking out you will be prompted to type it out or paste it. Please note that discount codes do expire as well as we cannot accommodate stacking multiple discount codes. If you are having issues feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have a question that wasn’t listed above – what should I do?

Can I purchase somedays products anywhere other than your website?
Currently you can only purchase somedays products through our website. Keep checking back for updates and changes regarding this.
I live in the Vancouver area - can I pick up my order?
Yes! If you live in Vancouver or the surrounding area you are welcome to pick up your order from our Vancouver office. We can accommodate pickups between 11am and 2pm on Thursdays and Saturdays.
What happened to Luteal?
We decided to rebrand from Luteal to somedays because one thing that we’ve realized is that at our core, our mission and purpose is to help people expand their capacity to manage their pain. We felt like the word somedays beautifully represents the truth of that journey. The reality of living with pain is that somedays are filled with beauty, joy, laughter and love while others are more difficult. somedays are better than others. Both can and will exist. Living with pain sometimes means taking it one breath, one step, one day at a time. We hope that somedays inspires you to create the perfect pain relief practice and find the beauty in relief.
Are somedays products sustainable?
All somedays products are packaged in 100% compostable containers. Our products are made using primarily renewable resources. Visit our individual product pages for more specific sustainability details.
Where are you located?
We are located in Vancouver British Columbia Canada, on the traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh first nations.
