"This actually works! I’ve been having bad cramps and PMSing for the past week and decided to give this a shot in the morning before a shower. I use the brush for about 2-3 minutes, hop in a hot shower and massage the oil on my lower stomach and back after drying off. Feels like a spa treatment and it’s reduced my pain significantly. "
