Somedays (menstruation experts) and Over The Bloody Moon (menopause experts) are joining forces to deliver a half to full day immersive event in workplaces globally with workshops, simulators and interactive exercises. The session will help drive awareness of what is and isn't normal, open up conversation, and foster allyship.

A recent study by PcW showed that chronic period pain and menopause are two major contributors for the gender pay gap and inequality in the workplace. Stigma, silence, misinformation and invalidation of people's experiences perpetuate the problem. Upskilling all employees on these two topics leads to earlier and effective diagnosis, implementation of reasonable adjustments, and builds empathy, so those finding menstruation and menopause challenging have an improved sense of belonging, and organisations can retain talent and boost productivity.
