After flow anti-inflammatory body oil is a non-comedogenic topical oil formulated to target the underlying cause of period pain. By increasing circulation and decreasing inflammation the body is able to better regulate hormones that trigger intense cramping during your cycle.
Flow Body Brush is a medium-firm dry brush with a comfortable handheld design. Flow Body Brush effectively detoxifies the body by stimulating the circulatory and lymphatic bodily systems. It also exfoliates the skin, removes dead skin cells and heightens the body's ability to absorb the pain-relieving ingredients in After Flow.

Option 1: Dry Brush every morning for three - five minutes for long term circulatory, anti-inflammatory benefits and hormonal benfits. Brush towards the heart - starting at the feet and working your way up your body. Brush gently but firmly using short strokes or brush in a continuous, small, circular motion. After brushing - it is important to rehydrate and moisturize your skin. Apply After Flow liberally as needed.
Option 2: Dry Brush for instant period pain relief any day of your cycle. Brush your abdominal area gently but firmly working in a counterclockwise direction and apply After Flow once finished. Dry brushing amplifies the benefits of salts making this the optimum time to take a somedays bath using Solace Soak.
Can be done pre or post-shower just make sure the oil has been absorbed before hopping in the shower
Dry brushing amplifies the body’s ability to absorb healing ingredients, increase blood flow, regulate hormones and reduce pain and PMS.
It is believed that increased blood flow can lower the intensity of PMS symptoms by preventing the build-up of prostaglandins and progesterone - the hormones responsible for menstrual-related mood swings and period cramps.
