Why it works

Why it works

Dry brushing effectively detoxifies the body by stimulating the circulatory and lymphatic bodily systems. It also exfoliates the skin, removes dead skin cells, and heightens the body's ability to absorb the pain-relieving ingredients in After Flow.

How to use

Brush towards the heart, starting at the feet and working your way up your body. Using firm but gentle pressure, brush in short strokes or a continuous, small, circular motion. Be sure to rehydrate and moisturize your skin after brushing. We recommend applying After Flow liberally as needed.

For use during your period, gently but firmly brush your abdominal area in a counterclockwise direction. Apply After Flow once finished.

Enjoy a Solace Soak after dry brushing for even greater benefits.

"This actually works! I’ve been having bad cramps and PMSing for the past week and decided to give this a shot in the morning before a shower. I use the brush for about 2-3 minutes, hop in a hot shower and massage the oil on my lower stomach and back after drying off. Feels like a spa treatment and it’s reduced my pain significantly."
