Why it works

Why it works

Moodshine contains a unique blend of powerful plant ingredients proven to balance and improve the menstrual cycle while decreasing cycle-related pain. Restorative vitamins and minerals help strengthen the uterine lining, regulate and balance hormones (boosting your mood), and relax the muscles in the uterus and the bladder to prevent pain.

Moodshine’s plant ingredients are respectfully gathered by Indigenous-owned Ranger Tea on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) First Nations. Founded by Isabelle Ranger, an Inuk, Celtic, and Nordic Herbalist committed to crafting organic teas steeped in ancestral wisdom for the People, Plants, and Planet.
