I got this yesterday and experience chronic pain in my ankles and feet, as well as digestive issues. I took a bath with it last night and immediately felt better. My stomach pain receded and my ankles and feet felt SO much better. I can't even believe it, I will be trying it again in a couple days.

I will be honest in that I was not anticipating the level of pain relief I got in using Hot Spell. I'm a competitive figure skater and have been training at a higher level for upcoming competition, meaning I'm sore regularly. After a 20 minute soak, I have never felt so much muscle relief (not even with a topical muscle cream) and loved the tingle of ginger! I slept like a ROCK that evening and woke up STILL feeling muscle relief. 12/10 would recommend to anyone who is active or struggles with pain (period or otherwise) - I can't wait to try this while I'm menstruating as well!!
