When you receive your “Order is Ready” email, come to our warehouse at 1388 Frances Street, Vancouver BC V5L 1Y9.
If you can’t find us right away, go up the ramp into the parking lot. Pickup hours are from 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on all major holidays.

One thing to consider is that you may not necessarily experience a strong sensation while using our topical products, instead you may become aware of the absence of the sensation of painful cramps.
For example, our cramp cream and belly jelly are both designed to help with cramps related to menstrual hormones, but there are several factors that can influence the severity of the cramps you experience. Because of this, some people find that applying a small amount is sufficient, while others experience relief by rubbing in a thicker layer plus the addition of heat.
