Returns will be accepted for items that are unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note that you will be required to pay for return shipping. Items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for refund. Flaxseed Heat Pads and gift cards are final sale.

You care about receiving your order on time and in good condition; we do too! We strive to ship and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days at which time you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. From there our standard shipping times range from 2-12 business days for Canadian and US shipping, and 7-21 business days for International shipping.

Yes. There is an option to upgrade to expedited shipping while you are checking out. However, please be aware that the estimate you are given does not include order processing time, which can vary. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the order will get to you by a certain date even if you select expedited shipping.

You can choose to store your somedays products wherever makes the most sense for you. All products should be used within 18 months and kept at room temperature. 

To help you identify any sensitivities, we have listed all ingredients on each product page. In the rare circumstance of a negative reaction, please stop use immediately and contact your healthcare provider. If you tend to have super sensitive skin, try a patch test first!

Everyone’s experience is different just as everyone’s body is different – our goal is to provide options for people with period pain, not a one-size-fits-all solution. One thing to consider is that you may not necessarily experience a strong sensation while using our topical products, instead you may become aware of the absence of the sensation of painful cramps.

For example, our cramp cream and belly jelly are both designed to help with cramps related to menstrual hormones, but there are several factors that can influence the severity of the cramps you experience. Because of this, some people find that applying a small amount is sufficient, while others experience relief by rubbing in a thicker layer plus the addition of heat.

The period pain simulator is a device that works by sending small electrical impulses directly to abdomen muscles, causing it to contract in a similar way to how prostaglandins induce muscle contractions during menstruation.

At this time, we require that all participants sign a waiver before using the period pain simulator, so we are unfortunately unable to offer access for public use.
