Better Blood Flow
A spa-inspired 2-step system for inflammation and lymphatic drainage featuring the Flow Body Brush: a vegan cactus bristle dry brush and After Flow: an anti-inflammatory bath and body oil. Use together to help ease period pain by improving circulation, reducing inflammation and bloating, and promoting hormone health.
How to use
Brush towards the heart, starting at the feet and working your way up your body. Using firm but gentle pressure, brush in short strokes or a continuous, small, circular motion. Apply After Flow liberally to re-moisturize the skin and reduce inflammation.
Or add 2-3 pumps to a warm bath while the water is running.
For use during your period, gently but firmly brush your abdominal area in a counterclockwise direction. Apply After Flow once finished.
